Is an Internet connection available?
Yes, by sharing a connection from your smartphone to get internet on a tablet or computer. You can also request the installation of a satellite antenna and a 4G router to produce an autonomous wifi network using the surrounding 4G, without the need for a smartphone.
Can an awning be added?
Yes, the 2X caravan can be fitted with a half-circle awning fixed in a rail on the flat side where the entrance door is located.
Why is the 2X caravan round?
This was the choice of its designer, who wanted a sixties look. What's more, the round, one-piece structures ensure a perfect seal and greater solidity. Aerodynamics are also enhanced.
Can we have mosquito nets?
Yes, operable windows incorporate a mosquito screen and blackout curtain. Fixed windows have a blackout curtain with suction cups.
What type of heating can be installed?
The most economical solution is 230V electric convector heating. For those wishing greater autonomy, a gas-fired heater and boiler can be installed in the chassis. Motorized 2XC, 3XC and XVAN vehicles can benefit from the optional Webasto diesel heater.
Is it possible to install air conditioning?
Yes, you can have a 230V air conditioner installed in a watertight box in the caravan chassis, under the floor. This air-conditioning unit is reversible and can be used for both cooling and heating. Note, however, that it will not replace traditional heating during the coldest months of the year.
Can a bike rack be installed?
Yes: an optional bicycle rack can be fitted at the front or rear. We recommend front-mounting on caravans for better weight distribution. It can support 2 bikes up to 50kg.
