What are the power supply sources?
Beauer's expandable cells can all be connected to 230V at standstill. 130W solar panels, a generator, a fuel cell, a heater and a gas water heater can be installed as options for total autonomy.
How fast can you drive a Beauer caravan?
It depends on the country. In France, the maximum speed is 130km/h on freeways (when not limited by specific signs). In Germany and Switzerland, it's possible to drive at 100km/h by adding optional shock absorbers to the Alko chassis.
What is the tire pressure?
A pressure of 3.5 bar in the 12-inch wheels is enough to keep the ride comfortable.
Can Beauer products be left outside all year round?
Yes, our products are made of steel, aluminum and polyester: they won't rot. We recommend closing the extensions when not in use.
Why are Beauer living cells tamper-proof?
3X and 3X+ caravans and 3XC and 3XC+ cellars are tamper-proof when closed. Thanks to the tilting floors, the entrance door and windows are locked, preventing any break-in.
What maintenance is required?
No maintenance required. Remember to close the extensions when not in use for several weeks in winter.
Should the battery be removed in winter?
No, a circuit breaker is present to isolate the battery during wintering and prevent it from discharging.
Are Beauer stretch products waterproof and suitable for year-round use?
